FROZEN TIPSY PEACH

A frozen twist on Tipsy Tea Peach with juicy frozen peaches, smooth white rum and a fresh hit of lime. Blended until thick, icy and dangerously easy to drink.

YOU’LL NEED

• 100 ml Tipsy Tea Peach

• 30 ml white rum

• 100 g frozen peach slices

• 10 ml fresh lime juice

• 40–50 g ice cubes

• 1 peach slice, for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Add the frozen peach slices, white rum and fresh lime juice to a blender.

2. Pour in 100 ml chilled Tipsy Tea Peach.

3. Add the ice cubes.

4. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth, thick and slushy.

5. Pour into a chilled glass.

6. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and serve immediately.

TIPSY TIP

Frozen peaches are the secret here. They make the drink thick and icy without needing too much extra ice, keeping the peach flavour juicy and front and centre.
