Refund policy
Status: August 2025
No Right of Withdrawal for Food & Alcoholic Beverages
As our products are food items and alcoholic beverages, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law.
Returns or refunds are therefore generally not possible unless there is a defect or damage for which we are responsible.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods:

Please include photos of the product and packaging in your email so we can review your request quickly.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, failed age verification, or non-collection, we will refund the purchase amount minus a processing fee of CHF 10 as well as the shipping costs.
